Established in 2017, The Architecture Collaborative (TAC) is a design firm that brings together decades of experience with its staff and personnel. With multiple ongoing projects for the University of Tennessee, the Tennessee Board of Regents, East Tennessee State University, and the State of Tennessee, TAC specializes in institutional work.
Multifamily developments, custom homes, and affordable housing serve as the backbone of the firm.

Affordable Housing
Public Housing was originally established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, marginalized individuals, and people with disabilities. This has evolved into what is more accurately called “Affordable Housing” and can include many types of facilities.
