Completed in December 2021, the Superior Steel Office and Fabrication Facility consists of an 11-acre industrial development with a final cost of $4 million. The project includes a new 2-story 10,800 SF Office Headquarters building with steel structure and brick façade attached to a new 58,000 SF pre-fabricated metal building, housing a steel paint fabrication workshop.
The workshop was designed to fit specialty equipment able to paint large-scale steel structural building components from the existing primary facility in the Industrial Park. The new workshop includes a semi-truck bay for ease of delivery, an overhauled ventilation/fire protection system, and translucent wall panels for natural light. The office building includes offices for the CEO and estimators, and a break room, bathrooms, tool room, and electrical room for the warehouse staff.
